Norwexing: definition; When one cleans their home without the use of chemicals. It also refers to when one becomes fixated on getting furniture and household items cleaned, then seems to see more and more dirt. That is the verb in our house. I've been "norwexing" for 7 years. It's a term I use when my husband comes home and finds me engrossed in scrubbing our home in detail. Over my 13 year marriage it's a running joke that I am a very detailed person-I tend to get lost in the details. When it comes to housekeeping I am REALLY good at deep cleaning. So, a few years back, my husband came home and found me on my knees scrubbing the walls. I was so proud because I had cleaned every light switch, door handle, door frame, finger print and surface stain in our home, but with three young children in the house, there were a lot of toys and things strewn all over. He looked at me and said, "What are you doing?" And I replied, "I'm Norwexing!"

Since discovering Norwex Enviro Products 7 years ago, Norwex products have given me the ability to clean my home from top to bottom without so much as using anything but the Enviro cloth and water and able to remove 99.9% of bacteria. When needed I will bust out the Spirisponge and Cleaning Paste to clean my pots and pans, glass-top oven, granite counter tops or bathtub. Or pair the Enviro cloth with the Window Cloth to shine up my stainless steal and glass surfaces. I use the Sanira System to easily clean my toilets or the Sportzyme to get the stench out of my kids' shoes. I've heard friends use this term, so I don't think I coined it. But it's something we've said for awhile and I thought it was fun and wanted to share with you. So, the next time you find yourself scrubbing your home from top to bottom, and you're using Norwex cloths, you're "Norwexing".

Today, a Fex-Ex package came to my door bearing gifts from Norwex. The box was filled with gorgeous Norwex items just for me! I wasn't sure why I was receiving them at first, then I read the package receipt and realized I made July's $2500 sales goal. I actually brought in $3000 in revenue for the month of July. So, not only did I earn $1050 in commission, but I earned over $250 in free items. I received a teal bath towel set, including; a X-Large towel, Large towel, and hand towel. The Latte colored bath towel set, Dish mat, travel enviro cloth, Anti-bacterial Vintage colored body pak, window cloth and catalogs. The best part is I just repainted my guest bathroom and teal is the accent color. I would call it turquoise, but teal works.

I am so grateful for my return customers who make consistent orders and for the clients that purchase through the kellymiller.norwex.biz website that made my goal a reality. Over the 8 years that I have been selling Norwex Enviro products I am continually amazed at how lucrative being a consultant is and how quality the products are. If you were considering becoming a consultant let this be your moment of encouragement to contact me. Becoming a consultant doesn't cost any money and if anything it will be a path to earn income for those extra expenses like school clothes, Halloween costumes and Christmas presents.

As of June 1st Norwex Enviro Products has asked all consultants who own a website to take them down. I think I was the last one standing. Only because my IT guy; aka, my husband, was unavailable to make the necessary changes. I am very sad that this ability has been taken away from us consultants. It was a great way to stand out and be able to reach people around the world to the amazing products of Norwex. I do understand why they had to make this change, but it still is hard to accept.

The good news is you are able to still order Norwex online with consultants like myself. All you have to do is go to www.kellymiller.norwex.biz and make your order and even sign up to receive my Ripple Effect newsletter. This will allow you to view the products, make an order and even contact me for questions and information. I hope that if you have not discovered Norwex yet you will take the time to explore my biz site and find out how amazing these products are and how easy it is to obtain them.

All the buzz

I am so excited that People Magazine featured the Silver Care Toothbrush in this weeks issue
If you are not familiar with Norwex's Silver Care Toothbrush, it is a tooth brush created to eliminate bacteria growth and buildup. The tooth brush self sanitizes within hours. So the next time you pick up your tooth brush to use, the germs from before are not there. This tooth brush uses the Norwex patented silver based agent to help kill the bacteria that remain on your tooth brush after brushing.

The same silver tecnology used in the Silver Care tooth brush is used in all of their Microfiber products such as The Enviro Cloth, The Mop Pad and the Body Pack; just to name a few.

Also, in case you are worried about allergies to silver; "The silver in Norwex is a silver based agent. It does not contain nickle. This silver does not leach at all, and therefore does not come out of or off of the products containing it (eg toothbrush, floss, Enviro cloth 'or Spirisponge'). Silver is actually considered to be hypoallergenic. Most often, people with an allergy to silver in jewelery are actually allergic to an alloy"http://www.lisas-norwex-products.com/norwex_questions.html#103000

So, if you've never tried these products I recommend you do. Please visit my Norwex.biz site to make your order. https://kellymiller.norwex.biz/

Increase in shipping

I have just been informed that Norwex Enviro Products are having to increase shipping cost. It is no surprise that costs are going up especially as gas prices go up. I have been with Norwex for 6 years and this is only the second time that they have raised the cost of shipping. At this moment I don't know what the price is. But I do know the price change does not go into effect until April 1st. So, if you have anything you need and would like to save on shipping cost, please order before Midnight April 1st. I will post the new price as soon as I am made aware. Thank you for reading and happy shopping.

Antibac Body Pack

In the past 3 months I have had over 26 orders just for the Antibac Body Pack. I was curious why the sudden demand in these cloths and decided to ask some of my clients why they were buying them. Many of them told me that word was going around that these are helping teens with severe acne. Now, please note that Norwex does not advertise or make claims that these cloths do this, but this is the feedback I've gotten from my customers that have bought and used these specific cloths.

I will say for myself, that when I entered my 30’s a few years back I began to really break out, I didn’t even have this bad of skin in my teens. After hearing the feedback from my customers I began to use my Antibac Body Pack cloths more regularly and sure enough, the acne let up. Since I have very finicky, sensitive skin, I do use other products that help maintain my complexion. However there seems to be a direct connection with my skin getting out of control and when I stop cleansing with these cloths. In light of my experience, I purchased a pack for my 10 year old daughter who was starting to have blemishes show up. Sure enough, all she uses is the cloth and water and her pimples disappear in a day or two.

Here’s the routine I've seen help: At night; I wet the Norwex Antibac Body cloth with warm water. I give my face a scrub to exfoliate and get rid of my eye makeup. I spend an extra moment gently removing mascara from my eyes. I then wash with a mild cleanser (I love Epicuren). I gently scrub my face and neck with my cloth and cleanser and spend an extra second on places that need exfoliation. I then rinse my face and the cloth (hang it up to dry) and then proceed with my lotion.

In the AM: I DO NOT use soap. I just use the same cloth with warm water to wake up my face. With my skin type, too much washing with soap dries it out which in turn causes my pores to secrete extra oil which then causes me to break out. It’s a finicky cycle for me, but this process definitely keeps the blemishes at bay. The other great thing about the Antibac Body Pack is they are Antibacterial. Meaning, they have Norwex’s patented silver agent woven throughout the cloth which kills 99% of bacteria on the cloth within an hour of rinsing it. So, the next day it is ready to use again. I have found I can use my Body cloth for at least 3 days in a row, sometimes 5. Basically, you stop using it when it doesn’t smell nice anymore and by day 5 that is definitely the case.

Besides the beauty benefits another great use for these cloths are stain removal. They work very similar to the infamous Norwex Enviro Cloth in terms of stain removal and of course the ability to remove bacteria. But if you’re in your bathroom and you get deodorant on your shirt or lipstick on your jeans, this cloth can get that out. I use it sometimes when I know company is coming and give my sink a quick wipe down. (When I do that, I put it directly in the laundry) The Antibac Body Pack comes in 2 separate packs of 3. The Vibrant 3 pack comes in yellow, green (kind of a mint green) and red (but it’s really a pink). The other 3 pack is called Natural; it comes in brown, beige and taupe. Natural is the most popular because they are very neutral. The Vibrant is just that, vibrant and colorful. I know many people who order the vibrant for their children or teenagers.

I know this is a lot of information and I hope that this clears up the many questions people have had in regards to these cloths. I hope you get a chance to purchase them if you haven’t already. They really are spectacular and they come with Norwex’s 2 year warranty and 60-day Money Back Guarantee. Please comment if you have ever used these and had success or lack of. It is always fun to hear people’s opinions, good or bad. Thank you for reading and have a Happy New Year.
